These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website helionglobal.net (the "Site") and the inquiry and quotation process operated through it. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
"Helion", "we", "us", "our" means Helion Global LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership registered in Rajkot, Gujarat, India.
These Terms do not cover a specific purchase. When you place an order, the order is governed by the separate sales contract (purchase order, pro forma invoice, and any agreed special terms). If anything in the sales contract conflicts with these Terms, the sales contract governs the order.

The product specifications, lead times, prices in quotations, and any other content on the Site are indicative. They become binding only when they form part of an executed sales contract.
When you submit the inquiry form:
We aim to respond to inquiries within 24 hours during business days (Rajkot, IST). Response time is a service-level target, not a contractual commitment.

We may block access, throttle requests, or refuse to respond to inquiries from sources we reasonably believe are violating these acceptable-use rules.
The Site — its design, content, logo, trade dress, product descriptions written for the Site, and software — is owned by Helion Global LLP or licensed to us. You may not copy, redistribute, scrape, mirror, or republish the Site or any substantial part of it without our prior written permission.
Standards we cite (ASME, ASTM, DIN, JIS, API, ISO) are public technical standards owned by their respective bodies. Our reference to a standard describes the specification we manufacture to; it does not transfer any right in the standard.
Trademarks, model numbers, and product codes referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners. Helion's product codes (e.g. "HG-WNF-001") are Helion-internal identifiers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Helion's total liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site (separate from any sales contract) is limited to INR 10,000. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of your use of the Site.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (for example, liability for fraud, gross negligence, or wilful misconduct).
You agree to indemnify Helion against any third-party claim arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right in connection with your use of the Site.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. We may also discontinue the Site, in whole or in part, at our discretion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Rajkot, Gujarat, India, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, subject to any binding arbitration clause in a separate sales contract.
